Freggie’s Eat Smart Classroom Nutrition Unit - Grade 3

The purpose of the Freggie’s Eat Smart Nutrition Unit is to inform students of the importance of including vegetables and fruit in one’s daily eating plan in accordance with Canada’s Food Guide.
